School Stream can be fed any standard iCal address, allowing it to automatically populate the events folder, and in-app calendar with events from your iCal calendar.

Finding your iCal link in Office365/Outlook can be a bit tricky, so we've put together some steps to help you below:

  1. Sign in to Office and open your calendar.

  2. Select the Navigate tab.

  3. Locate the Share option in the top-left corner of the screen.

  4. Click on the Share link.

  5. Enter your email address and send the link to yourself.

  6. The email you receive will include several links. Locate and copy the final link, which is for subscribing to the URL.

Now that you have the iCal link, head over to your School Stream dashboard and follow the steps below:

  1. In the top menu mouse over School Stream and click Advanced.

  2. Click Calendar Sync

  3. Before adding your ICAL address, you will need to choose the options for how your events will be posted. Schedule Publishing (In Days) how many days before the start date of an event would you like it to be published to the app. Send Reminder (In Days) how many days before the start date of an event would you like a reminder notification to be sent. See example below

  4. Click Save.

  5. Paste your ICAL address into the field and click Add Calendar.

  6. Your Office365 will now be Synced with the Events section of the app and will continue to feed events to your app from your calendar using the scheduling settings you saved.
