Product and Quantity fields are the primary component of order forms.

  • Product fields contain the items that will be available for purchase in your form, as well as their prices.

  • Quantity fields describe how much of a given item the user wants to purchase. A quantity field must be linked to a product field in order for it to function. We will go over this in more detail below.

Product field basics

With a product field selected in your form, you will see some settings appear on the left side of the screen. These are the settings for the product field you have selected.

  • Product Type
Defines the type of the product field. By default, this is a dropdown menu that lists several items, but it can be changed to checkboxes, single items, etc

  • Product Options
Here, you describe the item names and prices. Additional items can be added to the list using the 'Add Product' button.

  • Number Range
Allows you to define the maximum and minimum quantity.

  • Product Field
These checkboxes represent the different product fields in your form. If you only have one product field in your form, you will not see this option.

In a form with multiple product fields, each quantity field must be linked with its respective product field. In the example image above, you can see that this quantity field has been linked to the product field named 'Item 1'.
