If you have lost your password for your School Stream account you can reset it from the login screen.
- From the login screen for your dashboard click the lost your password link
- Enter your username or password into the field and click the get new password button
- You will receive an email with a link to reset your password
- Type your new password into the field and click the reset password button
- When you see the confirmation message that your password has been reset click the log in link
- You can now log in using your new password.
