Follow these four simple steps to create a new form.

  1. On your admin dashboard, mouse-over the Forms button → 'Forms' and click Add New at the top of the page.

2. Start with a template or a blank form.

3. Add fields to your form. You can either drag and drop them into your form or just click on the field name. You can rename the field in the field settings to the left.

4. Click 'Create'. This saves your form and automatically takes you to the Form Settings page where you can customise the email notification sent to you every time a submission is completed.

You have just created a form! To preview it, just click the 'Preview' button.
