Before your form will be visible in your app, you need to add it to a card. The instructions below outline the simple steps to follow to get your form published to your app.
- Either create a new card or edit an existing card.
- Change the card type to 'Form'.
3. At the top of the formatting toolbar, click the Forms button.
4. Select your form from the Select a form drop-down.
5. If you wish to display the form title and description with the form ensure these 2 checkboxes are ticked.
6. Click 'Insert Into Card'.
That's it. Publish or update your card, and the form will appear in the app.
