The Expire Post widget is located on the right-hand side of your control panel when creating a new notice or event. It allows you to set automatic removal of notices on a certain date so you don’t have to manually delete them.

  1. Before you publish your content, find the 'Expire Post' widget on the right-hand side of the page.

  2. Check the box that read 'Enable Future Action'.

  3. Ensure the Action is set to 'Change Status'.

  4. Select the expiry method - Archive, Draft, Delete or Trash. For more information on what these mean, read further down this page.

  5. Choose your expiry date and time.

  6. That's it! Now, after publishing, your content will automatically change its status accordingly on the specified date.

Status Options:

  • Archived will archive the notice, removing it from the app and storing it in the 'Archived' tab in the admin dashboard.

  • Draft will remove the post from your app while remaining on your control panel for you to return and repost, edit or delete manually.

  • Published will publish the notice at the chosen date and time.

  • Trash will remove the content from the app, and place it in the 'Trash' tab of the admin dashboard. This content will be removed completely after 30 days, unless restored.
