EXTERNAL LINK: How to add a link to a web page or online resource

Create an external link card to push parents to specific areas of interest such as interview booking or parent portals

Using this card type allows you to link to any external web service the school uses such as canteen, school interviews or your parent portal.

  1. Add a new card.
  2. From the card type dropdown select External Link ( Website / Doc / App)
  3. Type or paste the web address you want parents to be sent to into the field that appears.
  4. Complete the remaining general steps to publish your card - App Category, App Options and Publish
