School Stream

You can sync your iCal compatible calendar (eg. Google Calendar) to School Stream. Doing so, will automatically populate the events category of your app with events from your calendar, as well as populate your in-app calendar. 

Open your internet browser and open Google Calendar. <a href="https://calendar.google.com/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">https://calendar.google.com</a> You can only customise your embedded calendar from a computer, not the mobile app.

In the top right, click Settings &gt; Settings.

Click on the calendar you wish to sync in the Settings for my calendars in the left hand menu.

Scroll down to Integrate Calendar section

Copy the url in the Public address iCal format to sync your calendar into School Stream.

Open your School Stream Dashboard, in the top menu mouseover School Stream and click Advanced.

Before adding your ICAL address you will need to choose the options for how your events will be posted. Schedule Publishing (In Days) how many days before the start date of an event would you like it to be published to School Stream. Send Reminder (In Days) how many days before the start date of an event would you like a reminder notification to be sent. See example below

Paste you ICAL address into the field and click Add Calendar.

Your Google Calendar will now be Synced with the Events section of School Stream and will continue to feed events to your app from your calendar using the scheduling settings you saved.

2. In the top right, click Settings &gt; Settings.

4. Scroll down to Integrate Calendar section

6. Open your School Stream Dashboard, in the top menu mouseover School Stream and click Advanced.
7. Click Calendar Sync

9. Click Save.
10. Paste you ICAL address into the field and click Add Calendar.
