User roles define what kind of access a user has to the features in the School stream dashboard. Each role is described below:
Administrator – somebody who has access to all the administration features within a single site.
Editor – somebody who can publish and manage content, including the content of other users.
Author – somebody who can publish and manage their own content.
Contributor - somebody who can create content but not publish it. Content will be sent to an administrator for publishing approval.
By default, the Messenger and Forms features of the dashboard are only accessible to users with the Administrator role, however, these features can be configured to allow access to any user roles. For help with such configurations, please reach out to us directly.
